How Can Kids Get Involved?
In addition to PRAYING for our ministry of books with the library, there are some other ways that kids that get involved. One would be to organize a "buy a book (or DVD) for the library" drive with a special emphasis on CHILDREN'S RESOURCES. This can be done through a Sunday School class, Junior Church, or perhaps a summer VBS program.
Please contact us for further details or if you would like to know more about the specific resources we are looking for OR check the Book Donation page and our Amazon.com wishlist!!
We also have various children's programs including a Saturday morning story hour and a craft time. We are always in need of various craft materials including things like construction paper, glue, markers, foam, wiggly eyes, etc -- and so if you are interested in perhaps collecting and contributing to that need, please let us know.
